DELIVERY TERMS

1. GENERAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS

1.1. Medco Healthco ensures that all products and services are delivered to the Buyer as described in the confirmed treatment package or order.

1.2. Delivery refers to the provision of medical, travel, accommodation, or consultation services arranged as part of a treatment package, or the physical delivery of any supporting documentation or products if applicable.


2. SERVICE DELIVERY TIMELINE

2.1. Upon confirmation of payment, the Buyer will receive a detailed itinerary including dates for:

  • Preoperative tests or consultations (if applicable)

  • Medical procedures

  • Accommodation and airport transfers

  • Any additional services (e.g., interpreter assistance, post-op care)

2.2. Medco Healthco commits to delivering the confirmed services within the timeframe agreed at the time of booking. In no event shall the delivery exceed the legal maximum of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.


3. MODIFICATIONS AND DELAYS

3.1. In the event that service delivery must be rescheduled due to reasons outside the control of the Seller (e.g., hospital scheduling conflicts, specialist availability, or force majeure), the Buyer will be notified promptly.

3.2. If the Buyer requests a change in delivery dates or service terms after confirmation, any additional costs or delays incurred will be the responsibility of the Buyer and subject to availability.


4. DELIVERY FAILURES

4.1. If delivery of the agreed services becomes impossible due to unforeseen events (such as political unrest, natural disasters, or operational disruption), the Buyer may:

  • Request cancellation and a full refund

  • Accept a rescheduled delivery at a later date

  • Accept an alternative package of equivalent value

4.2. In case of cancellation due to non-delivery, Medco Healthco will process a refund within 14 days, provided the payment was made in full and no portion of the service was already rendered.


5. DOCUMENT AND PRODUCT DELIVERY (if applicable)

5.1. If physical products or documents (e.g., preoperative kits, invoices, medication lists) are included in the service, they will be shipped to the Buyer’s provided address.

5.2. All shipping costs, unless otherwise specified, are borne by the Buyer.

5.3. The Buyer must inspect the shipment upon delivery. If damaged or incomplete, the Buyer must notify Medco Healthco and the courier immediately and refrain from accepting the delivery.
